How does MPS Gold FM work
CURRENT SITUATION
All the processes are manual and rely on the users to notify whoever internally is responsible for keeping inventory and reordering new stock. That person then has to manually check stocks and supply internally or arrange an order with the supplier. In the meantime the consumable may have completely run out leaving the printer out of action. The whole process is based on manual communications and actions with the inherent pitfalls that are associated with these.
Once MPS Gold FM is installed
The whole process can be fully automated – from reordering when consumables are low to supply, without any human intervention. Via MPS Gold FM printers can report internally and or to Office Gold to order a replacement consumable. The parameters for resupply and ordering are tailored according to how you want this to be set up for each site on your account. We can even dispatch the consumable direct to the relevant department as each printer location is transparent to us.
